Privacy Policy

Who we are
SalesPulse+ ("the App") is a multi-tenant field-sales CRM operated by Tikitech (Bhandup, Mumbai). This policy applies to both the web application and the SalesPulse+ Android app published on Google Play.
What we collect
Account information
- Name, email, phone number, employee ID
- Designation, department, joining date, home address
- Optional profile photo
Location
The mobile app uses your device's GPS to continuously record your location while you are signed in to the app. This is used by your organization admin to verify field-sales visits, calculate distances to projects, and confirm attendance. Location tracking starts when you sign in and stops when you sign out.
- Foreground location — used while the app is open.
- Background location — used to keep tracking when the app is in the background or the screen is off, so visits are not missed.
- A persistent Android notification is shown whenever background tracking is active, so you always know when your location is being recorded.
Camera and photos
With your permission, the app uses the camera to capture photos during site visits and as part of meeting records. Photos you choose are uploaded to your organization's storage and are visible to your organization admins and managers.
Microphone
With your permission, the app records short voice notes that you choose to attach to meetings. Audio is uploaded only when you explicitly attach it.
Calendar
With your permission, the app may add your scheduled meetings and tasks to your device calendar. This is optional and can be disabled from your device settings at any time.
Push notifications
The app registers a device push token (provided by Expo / Google FCM) so your organization can send you reminders, meeting prompts, and approval messages. You can disable notifications from your device settings.
Usage and meeting data
- Meetings you log (notes, attendees, photos, voice notes, location at meeting)
- Quotations, projects, parties, and tasks you create or are assigned
- Attendance check-in / check-out times and locations
How we use your data
- To run the SalesPulse+ service for your organization (your tenant).
- To let your organization's admins and managers see your sales activity, attendance, and meetings, as part of your employment with that organization.
- To send you notifications relevant to your work (meeting reminders, registration approvals, manager messages).
- To improve the service (aggregate, anonymized usage analytics).
We do not sell your personal data. We do not use your data for advertising. We do not share your data with third parties for their own marketing purposes.
Who can see your data
Your data is scoped to your organization (tenant). Other organizations using SalesPulse+ cannot see your data. Within your organization:
- You can see your own data.
- Your manager can see the data of their direct and indirect reports.
- Your organization admin can see all members of your organization.
- SaaS support staff (the SalesPulse+ team) may temporarily access your organization's data on request from your admin to investigate issues. Such access is recorded in an audit log visible to your admin.
Service providers we use
- Supabase — database hosting and authentication.
- Railway — backend application hosting.
- Google Maps Platform — maps, geocoding, and place lookups.
- Expo Application Services — push notifications and mobile update delivery.
Each of these providers has its own privacy policy and processes the limited data necessary to deliver their service.
Data retention
We keep your data for as long as your organization remains an active customer and for a reasonable period after, in line with your organization's contract with us. If you leave your organization, your individual account is deactivated by your admin and your personal data is retained only as required for the records of the organization.
Your rights
You can:
- Access the personal data we hold about you by signing in to the app.
- Ask your organization admin to correct or delete your data.
- Revoke camera, location, microphone, or calendar permissions from your device settings at any time. Some app features may stop working as a result.
- Uninstall the app at any time. To request deletion of your account from the SalesPulse+ servers, contact us at the address below or your organization admin.
Children
SalesPulse+ is intended for use by adult employees of an organization. We do not knowingly collect data from children under 16.
Security
Data is transmitted over HTTPS. Stored data is encrypted at rest by our infrastructure providers. Access to the SalesPulse+ database is restricted via row-level security policies that scope data to each organization. We regularly review and update our security practices.
Changes to this policy
We may update this policy from time to time. The "Last updated" date at the top reflects the most recent revision. Material changes will be communicated via the app or by email.
